返金ポリシー - 基本

At Beyond Bias Pte. Ltd., we partner with organisations to deliver high-impact, neuroinclusive services across Asia Pacific.

To ensure smooth delivery and mutual accountability, the following terms apply to all workshops, training, and consultancy engagements.

Payment Terms

​

  • Full payment is required prior to the delivery date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For services over SGD 2,000, a 50% deposit may be required to confirm the booking, with the balance due before the agreed delivery date.

  • Payment must be made via bank transfer or other approved methods stated on the invoice.

 

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • If you need to change the date, you may request a one-time rescheduling (subject to availability) with at least 14 days’ notice.

  • You may also nominate a colleague or alternate team to attend the session (with notice provided at least 48 hours prior).

  • Postponements or cancellations within 7 days of delivery may be subject to additional charges or forfeiture of the session.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, where Beyond Bias Pte. Ltd. is registered.
 

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.

At Beyond Bias Pte. Ltd., we offer individual coaching designed to support clarity, energy, and sustainable leadership—especially for professionals who think and lead differently.

Payment Terms

​

  • Full payment is required upfront to confirm your session or coaching package.

  • Coaching packages (e.g. 3 or 6 sessions) must be used within 3 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Invoices must be paid within 7 calendar days of receipt.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

​

  • Refunds are not offered once payment is received.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Exceptions may apply in the case of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at the coach’s discretion.
